Products will be shipped by the most expeditious means, requiring standard industry prices and delays. You have several shipping options available. In every case Nordic Walking US will make every effort to ship your product by the best available method. Returns will be accepted only in the case of faulty products and in the case of improperly filled orders. All other returns will be shipped back to us at buyer's expense and accepted only in the case of products in like-new, salable condition, with all of the originally shipped parts and materials, including shipping containers and packaging materials. All returns must be approved by us in advance. In orders approved for refunds original shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.
