Diameters: Handle 16 mm, tips 10 mm These are adjustable Nordic walking/hiking poles. Equally useful as Nordic walking poles, hiking poles, and because they collapse, also great for travel.

The poles are marked with both body height and corresponding pole length, making it easy to adjust to the proper length. Hard metal tip and removable rubber cover for walking on asphalt is standard.

These are the top-of-the-line Swix alloy Nordic walking poles. Their feel and handling are comparable to the carbon and composite models.

Adjusts from 100 cm - 140 cm in 5 cm intervals.

Adjust to a length, which will make your forearm roughly horizontal with the ground.

Order spare Swix rubber tips. They work great with all of our poles, those with the Twist&Go tips and those without! A drop of glue helps secure the tips on the Twist&Go and if you use just a little, the rubber tips are easy to remove.
