This model is supplied with the PCU cork-filled PC grip and ProFit strap. The pole comes with Swix Twist&Go which allows you to quickly change from a hard metal tip for soft surfaces to a gripping rubber tip for walking on hard surfaces.

Pick a length, which will make your forearm roughly horizontal with the ground. As an example, a 6 foot person would most likely use a 125 cm pole. Use a tape measure, from the floor, to the top of your cupped hand, while maintaining the forearm horizontal. This is your pole length. If you do not have a metric measuring tape, multiply the inches by 2.54, to get the correct length in centimeters (cm).
